The Position: The Software Solutions Manager oversees the project management, business analysis, and related system documentation in the Software Support Team. This role is responsible for guiding cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality projects, contributing to and partnering with team to develop strategic business insights, and fostering a culture of innovation. The Manager must collaborate with stakeholders across departments, ensuring alignment of business objectives, efficient project execution, and the continuous identification, testing, and implementation of innovative solutions.
Responsibilities Lead and manage project management initiatives within the Software Support Team. Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop and implement project plans, establish timelines, and efficiently allocating resources.Ensure adherence to project management best practices. Maintain complete documentation of all project communications and deliverables using Monday.com.Design and conduct pilot projects to test the feasibility, usability, and value (ROI) of potential new software products. Partner with RPM PMO Team and stakeholders as needed. Oversee business analysis activities to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements, goals, and objectives.Lead the team in gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, translating them into actionable deliverables.Prioritize research for AI, RPA, and ML alignment for property management processes. Maintain current documentation and intuitive references for all RPM Teams of existing RPM solutions. Identify industry applicable solutions for all property operations business functions. Document current vendors and solutions to include benchmarking the features, product differentiators, and pricing of available solutions.Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development to the project management and business analyst roles reporting into this role. Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for growth within the team.Foster a collaborative, results-oriented, and positive team culture.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring that projects and initiatives align with business priorities.Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across functions. Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Experience may substitute for education.Three years of experience in project management, business analysis, and software support.Knowledge of project management methodologies, business analysis frameworks, and process improvement techniques.Knowledge of business analysis frameworks and techniques, including requirements gathering, data analysis, and process improvement strategies.Skilled in people leadership and people management skills.Skilled in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Monday.com) and business analysis methodologies.Skilled in process optimization and resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency and achieve project objectives.Skilled in real estate technology solutions (Yardi). Ability to adapt to changing priorities and innovate continuously to improve business processes and outcomes.Ability to successfully manage cross-functional teams.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Ability to think strategically and drive innovation while managing day-to-day operations.Physical Requirements:
