• System Software Specialist II (Environments team) - with WebSphere Admin, UNIX AIX, Scripting (perl, jython), skills.
• 4 plus years IT experience, which includes expertise in Application Server administration, maintenance and integration, installing and Configuring, Tuning and Troubleshooting IBM WebSphere Application Server. 
• Good knowledge on administration tasks such as Deployment, Troubleshooting, and Performance tuning of WebSphere Application Server 5.X, 6.X and 7.X and 8.X. 
• Excellent skills in troubleshooting and problem determination of WebSphere/System/Network related problems including monitoring, and maintenance.
• Knowledge in installing and migrating the applications from WebSphere V4.0 to V5.0 and from WebSphere V5.0 to V6.0 and also Web Servers.
• Excellent Communication skills and problem handling with ability to work under pressure in a highly visible role. Expertise on 24/7 production support environment as support analyst. System Administration Skills IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Worked closely with development team, testing team, Release Team, Project manager and production team to align project deliverables, dates and report issues/concerns.
• Troubleshooting for problems with the WebSphere Application Server component.
• Hands- on experience with database like DB2, SQL Server and Oracle9i/8i. 
Excellent Communication skills and problem handling with ability to work under pressure in a highly visible role.
