Job Duties/Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in Manual Testing - Strategy, Design, Execution Analysis and Reporting of Set Top Box.Experience in preparing Test Cases, Test Reports, Test plans, and Test closure reports.Knowledge of DOSCIS systems and back end services for a Set Top Box.Knowledge of Video delivery in Cable industry.Knowledge of the features like VOD, DVR or Pay per View.Experience in Log analysis/Splunk/ELK is a plus.Basic understanding about micro services and REST APIs is a plus.Experience in ticketing systems (like Jira) and triaging tickets/ issues.Experience in feature/performance issues and resolution with development teamsAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.Strong co-ordination communication and analytical skills.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment with offshore coordination

Education Requirements for the Position: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
