Software Support Expert

Knowledge-based company of the decision of Yaran Benehin Sepand, in order to complete its technical and specialized staff in the field of technical support of software projects to support the software produced by the company at the customer's location, invites motivated and responsible individuals with the following specifications to cooperate full-time.

Cooperation conditions:

Working hours according to the working hours of the customer (bank) who is deployed to be present at their location.
Payment of salaries and benefits at all stages covers at least all items of the labor law.
During work, documenting and writing daily activities along with other daily routine tasks is mandatory.
Qualification requirements:

At least two years of work experience in a related field.
Familiarity with database concepts and creating reports based on SQL Server.
Preliminary familiarity with network concepts.
Experience working with CRM and Ticketing software is considered an advantage.
Ability to solve problems and provide solutions to customers.
Ability to analyze customer requirements and design processes.
Ability to effectively teach and transfer concepts and how to use tools to employer agents.
High learning ability.
Skills in teaching and transferring content.
Teamwork skills.
Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills.
Capable of establishing effective communications with the organization's customers.
Disciplined and persistent in pursuing technical matters.
Interested in systems analysis and process design. 
A team-oriented spirit.
