Job Title: Reflash Technician Job Description This is a three-month assignment with the potential to extend long-term. The Reflash Technician will work as part of a team onsite in Dearborn, MI, responsible for updating vehicle software. Responsibilities + Adhere to team rules, policies, job procedures, quality standards, and required clothing/safety equipment standards. + Send/upload log files and accurate vehicle completion reports regularly for customer reporting purposes. + Monitor equipment performance on projects and report any failures or concerns immediately to Operations. + Maintain a positive working relationship with local customer management and resident engineers to ensure all needs are met. + Return all vehicles to the customer according to team “Perfect Delivery” standards. Essential Skills + Computer skills (MS Office for filling out reports, primarily Word and Excel). + Hands-on experience in electronics, computers, vehicles, mobile phones, vehicle electronics, automotive technology labs, oil/lube tech, tire techs (e.g., PC repair, installing home electronics, building computers, coding, creating video games, website creation, cell phone repair, mechanics classes). Work Environment The position is based in Dearborn, with a first shift that is flexible, typically running from 7 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:30 to 4:00 PM. The work environment includes both outdoor and office settings, requiring appropriate work attire such as closed-toe shoes, un-ripped jeans or work pants, collared shirts (long or short sleeve) or work-appropriate t-shirts without graphics, sweatshirts, and weather-appropriate jackets. Technicians will work outside frequently, getting in and out of vehicles, and should be prepared for inclement weather. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
