Job Description
Our customer located in Ann Arbor, MI is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Test Lead with a strong bg in medical device software testing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a proven track record of leading successful testing projects. The candidate should have a deep understanding of medical device regulations and standards, as well as experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage software testing projects for medical device applications.Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for both automated and manual testing.Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.Mentor and guide junior testers and team members.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools, especially in the context of medical devices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with medical device regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, ISO).Familiarity with medical device software development life cycle (SDLC).Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.Knowledge of specific medical device software applications and platforms.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00
