Quality Engineering - Analyst/Sr Analyst Introduction: Join our team as a Quality Engineer and harness your expertise in software quality and testing methodologies to deliver robust automated tests using cutting-edge tools, while driving continuous improvements in our quality assurance processes for large-scale systems. Come join us: As a Quality Engineer, you will perform a wide range of quality control tests and analysis to ensure that the software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements. You will collaborate with the development team to establish a testing strategy, and acceptance criteria, and to develop/ execute automated and manual testing. This location will be hybrid for 4Days client onsite at Kelana Jaya, and 1 Day WFH Together we go beyond. What you’ll do: * Developing test plans and cases for positive and negative testcases to identify defects, bugs, and potential issues. * Communicate work plans, status and issues to the management. * Work with project teams and/or management in prioritizing project requirements. * Play a major role in QA efforts on multiple and simultaneous projects which includes performing unit testing, system integration testing, user testing, regression testing and automation testing. * Effectively integrate the QA engineering and analysis functions on all software development projects. * Conduct reviews to assess the degree to which application development projects achieve quality. * Test new programs, tools and techniques for acceptability, usability, and works as documents and make recommendations as necessary. Would be both manually and automation testing environment. * Create and maintain documentation for QA procedures. * Scripting automation test script * Evaluate processes and coordinate with others to provide recommendations for standards, guidelines and procedures. * Skills and experiences: * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or post graduate qualification, preferably in IT/Engineering. * Technically proficient in C#, SQL, .NET * Experienced in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing, preferably in Selenium * Manual test execution & management tasks related to test scripts/cases and defects, would be great on automation testing familiarity * Including System Integration Testing (SIT), System Defect Management, Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation, User Acceptance Test (UAT) & Regression Testing * Developing software applications in Microsoft environments- Programming, scripting, performance testing * Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to express technical concepts in business terms to the clients. * Good communication, written and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
