Job Description

We are looking for a SW Verifier Engineer to join our team and support an important customer. The activity includes:

Perform SW Verification activities to examine and arrive at a judgment based on evidence that output items (process, documentation, software or application) of a specific development phase fulfil the requirements and plans with respect to completeness, correctness and consistency;Develop a Software Verification Plan (which may include quality issues) stating what needs verification and what type of technique (e.g. review, analysis etc.) and test is required as evidence;Check the adequacy (completeness, consistency, correctness, relevance and traceability) of the documented evidence from review, integration and testing with the specified verification objectivesIdentify anomalies, evaluate these in risk (impact) terms, record and communicate these to the entity responsible for evaluation and decision making;Manage the verification process (review, integration and testing) and ensure independence of activities as required;Develop and maintain records on the verification activities;Develop a Verification Report stating the outcome of the verification activities;Control the correct archiving and configuration status of all the SW project documentation object of Verification.

QualificationsMaster's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent degreeFluent in English.Software proficiencyBe competent in the domain where verification is carried outBe competent in various verification approaches/methodologies and be able to identify the most suitable method or combination of methods in a given contextBe capable of deriving the types of verification from given specificationsAnalytical thinking ability and good observation skills
