**Job Title:** **Solar Construction Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated solar laborers and installers to join our team. The role involves using basic hand tools to change out clamps on an existing solar project. The successful candidate will complete work in a timely and safe manner, following specific instructions. Comfort with personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, glasses, vests, hard hats, and face shields is essential. Responsibilities include performing general labor tasks, dismantling racks, assembling components, and handling heavy lifting.
