A Solar Installer will have solar specific experience and complete solar panel installs. Solar Installer Duties and Responsibilities: + Assemble job components; + Layout and assembly of solar modules/array and mounting hardware; + Mechanical and structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment; + Basic electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC) + Ensure proper clean-up of job site + Attend training sessions on new products, installation methodology, and safety; + Responsible for following the safe work practices for the installation team; and + All other assignments and special projects, as requested by Management. Qualifications: + 2 + year Solar Installation Experience required + Must be comfortable with being on roofs with pitched surfaces for extended periods of time, cannot have a fear of heights + Ability to lift 50-70 pound ladders, ability to climb ladders/stairs + Ability to work in extreme weather (hot and sunny as well as colder temperatures) + Clean Driver's license required + OSHA 10 required +  Willing to work Saturdays/ overtime.
