**Job Title: Solar Laborer** **Job Description** Join one of the largest self-performing solar contractors in the U.S. as they continue to grow at a rapid pace. This solar farm project in MD involves both the mechanical portion (building the modules on the farm) and the electrical portion (wiring the modules together and connecting them to the substation). Responsibilities include moving materials around the site, carrying racking and panels, and using small hand tools to assemble the racking system. The assembled racking system for the solar panels will be attached to the foundation piers using bolts tightened with wrenches/sockets to desired torque requirements. **Hard Skills** + Solar + Construction + Mechanical Installation **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Bel Air, Maryland. Local , no per diem will be paid. **Work Environment** The project is located in an old farm field. Conditions can be wet and muddy, and candidates will also be working in inclement weather including rain, snow, and cold. Hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30 am-5:30 pm.
