Job Title: Solar Laborer

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated General Laborers to support mechanical upgrades and repairs for our solar ground mount Tracker systems, which feature a ballasted single-axis tracker and optional automated cleaning robots for soiling control. The role will be conducted outdoors on a construction job site, exposing you to various elements, including both hot and cold weather. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday, with 10-hour workdays, $22 an hour, 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical upgrades and repairs on solar ground mount Tracker systems.Engage in column formwork and rough carpentry.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Skills

1+ years of construction experience.Proficient in using basic tools and following directions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with solar installations is a plus.

Job Type & Location: This is a contract position based out of Deer Trail, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00
