Semper Solaris is looking for an organized and motivated Project Coordinator III for our Solar Operations department for our Manteca location. This person will perform a wide variety of technical, administrative and communication duties including but not limited to scheduling installations, interacting with subcontracted installation crews at the job site and coordinating with customers, sales representatives and other colleagues to quickly drive project completion and customer satisfaction. Must have previous experience in a similar role!
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and be highly computer literate with experience utilizing MS Office programs Word and Excel. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. They will be a team player who is also comfortable taking charge of operational flow and advocating for the customer. They will be polished, professional and have strong organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing responsibilities and work assignments. Must have field experience with Solar, Battery and Roof installations.

Responsibilities:
Manage pipeline of customers in a variety of work queues Keep jobs moving closer to completion at all times Collect on accounts receivable and submit information to corporate office Answer incoming calls and field questions from customers and sales representatives Engage with the appropriate staff to ensure project is meeting SLAs and timelines Advocate for the company and use knowledge and sincerity to overcome customer frustrations around construction challenges Utilize conflict management skills and escalate issues as needed Communicate effectively with branch personnel using a professional, empowering approach Provide daily reports and update to management Generate goodwill for the company in the form of 5-star reviews and referrals Perform other duties and tasks as needed Minimum of 5 years' experience working in the Residential Solar industry Must have Solar and Battery installation experience. Must be very comfortable in the Main Service Panel Fluent reading plans and single line diagrams Must have experience in a lead or supervisor capacity, where you were responsible for the work of others Exceptional written and verbal communication, time management and follow-up skills Ability to manage long term relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors Ability to manage small team, delegating responsibilities and following up on progress Proven ability to effectively manage complex processes Experience with Project Manager software (Salesforce plus) and proficient in Microsoft Office programs
