Airswift is seeking a Solar Project Manager to work on a long term contract basis with a leader in the clean energy industry. Apply today to hear more about it! Role Overview Oversee multiple large-scale utility solar projects, each with a capacity of 250mw+. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Utilize your experience in solar, battery energy storage systems, renewables, and or interconnection to drive project success. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress. Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may arise during the project. Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact for all project-related matters. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Work onsite to oversee project operations and provide guidance to on-site teams. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in project management, preferably in the solar industry. In-depth knowledge of solar energy, battery storage systems, renewables, and interconnection. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Experience with owner-side project management is highly preferred. Education & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the solar industry.
