Job Description
Perform service on commercial and residential solar systems to ensure they are operating to their best efficiency. This will include coordinating, communicating, troubleshooting and performing the actual service on the system.Coordinate with customer your visit to the site where the solar system will be installed. Take photos, measurements, and gather other applicable materials to ensure that our engineering and operations teams are able efficiently install a quality solar system.Performs maintenance audits of solar systems to determine condition of solar system, identify needed maintenance, and works to maintain system in an efficient and safe manner.Coordinates with the customer and the internal schedule to meet the demands of the installation. Works with the design engineers to ensure that plan sets are accurate and delivered in the timeframe that allows permitting and material ordering.Responsible for taking training on processes as it relates to project management and the impact to the operational team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma required5+ year’s experience in electrical or solar, servicing both commercial and residential systemsExperience working on the electrical components of a solar systemUnderstanding and the ability to incorporate a high level of knowledge and concepts of construction and renewable energy into your daily workflowComputer Skills: Must be proficient with the Microsoft Suite, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other software toolsCustomer Service: Experience handling potential customers, and current customer base, along with the ability to provide internal customer service to teams.
