Responsibilities: * Environment Optimization & Assessment: Evaluate the current SolarWinds environment and implement solutions to maximize efficiency, scalability, and ROI * Configuration & Administration: Configure, maintain, and upgrade SolarWinds modules (e.g., NPM, SAM, DPA) for network, server, application, and database monitoring * Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot performance issues across network, server, and application environments, using SolarWinds diagnostic tools and custom configurations * Automation & Integration: Automate tasks and integrate SolarWinds with other IT systems using PowerShell, APIs, an custom SNMP polling * Reporting & Customization: Create custom dashboards, reports, and alerts tailored to organizational needs, ensuring performance metrics are clear and actionable * Security & Compliance: Ensure security and compliance by configuring SolarWinds for monitoring and reporting on IT systems, including audit trails and log management * Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and documentation on SolarWinds best practices, empowering internal teams with the knowledge to leverage the platform effectively
