Volt is hiring Solder Associates for a leading manufacturer in Moorpark!

Job Duties/Experience

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAssemble SMT and TH components on various types of printed circuit boards, using hand-held soldering stations.\r\n\tInstall and rework of fine pitch surface mount devices.\r\n\tIdentify component types and polarities.\r\n\tKeep area clean and free of all non-essential tools and components.\r\n\tUnderstand and adhere to policies and procedures.\r\n\tRework through microscope for small components.\r\n\tOther duties and responsibilities not listed above may be added.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Candidates must meet the following qualifications for consideration:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tIPC-610 Experience Required\r\n\tIPC-7711 Rework of Electronic Assemblies Experience Required\r\n\tExperience with Restriction of Use of Hazardous Substances\r\n\tExperience with Non-Restriction of Use of Hazardous Substances\r\n\tHigh school or equivalent.\r\n\t2+ year of manufacturing experience and 2+ years soldering PCBA’s preferred.\r\n\tExperience with use of hot air rework stations.\r\n\tAble to read and interpret drawings and blueprints\r\n\r\n\r\n

Shifts: 1st

\r\n\r\n

Alternative Work Schedule ( 4 day week 10 hour days)

\r\n\r\n

Hourly Pay: $19 - $22

\r\n\r\n
