**Job Title:** Solder Technician (PCB Assembly)

**Salary:** $22-23/hour
**Position Overview:**
**We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Solder Technician to work with PCB assemblies under a microscope. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in soldering electronic components and will be proficient in handling fine-pitch components. A J-STD and/or IPC certification is highly preferred.**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Soldering electronic components onto PCB boards under a microscope.
+ Inspecting and verifying solder joints for quality and reliability.
+ Following detailed work instructions and schematics.
+ Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
+ Testing and troubleshooting PCB assemblies as required.
+ Adhering to industry standards and best practices for soldering and PCB assembly.
+ Collaborating with other technicians and engineers to meet production goals and deadlines.
**Requirements:**
+ Proven experience in PCB soldering, preferably with fine-pitch components and microelectronics.
+ Strong knowledge of soldering techniques and equipment, including reflow and hand soldering.
+ Ability to work with PCBs under a microscope for precise soldering.
+ Attention to detail and high standards for workmanship.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
+ J-STD and/or IPC certification is highly preferred.
+ High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical certifications a plus).
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00
