**Job Title: Solderer - Pay is 17 to 21 an hour** **Job Description** We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Solderer to inspect, prepare, and assemble electrical panels and circuit boards according to documentation and drawings in a manufacturing environment. This role requires precision, teamwork, and the ability to work with various tools and materials. **Responsibilities** + Inspect and prepare electrical panels and circuit boards as per related documentation and drawings. + Trim and form leaded parts. + Perform PCB masking using liquid mask and Kapton tape. + Depanelize PCB using manual and automated singulation tools. + Fill out production documentation accurately. + Communicate with Cell Team Leaders regarding parts shortages and issues. + Manually apply epoxy, conformal coating, and RTV according to documentation and drawings. + Conduct final assembly, packing, and shipping as required. + Rotate to different workstations and cells as needed. + Complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysis as required. + Assemble, inspect, and prepare complex multilevel builds, including wire diagrams and torque specifications. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and understand assembly documentation. + Manual dexterity. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work well in a team environment. + Capability to lift up to 20 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + IPC-A-610 certification preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** Join our team to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
