A key skill is precision and enjoyment in working with small, intricate components. Responsibilities: Perform high-quality thru-hole and surface-mount soldering on small circuit boards.Work with 32-gauge wires and fiber optic cables, ensuring precise connections and solder joints.Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and assembly instructions.Perform visual inspections of solder joints to ensure quality standards are met.Utilize various soldering tools and equipment effectively, adhering to safety and quality guidelines.Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are in good working condition.Collaborate with team members to ensure all assembly goals are met on time and with the highest quality standards. Qualifications: Previous experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment preferred.Proven experience with both thru-hole and surface-mount soldering.Hands-on experience with small circuit boards, 32-gauge wires, and fiber optic cables.Attention to detail and ability to perform intricate soldering work.Ability to follow technical instructions and blueprints.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot soldering issues.Previous experience in an electronics manufacturing environment is preferred.Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Benefits and Perks: $19 HourlyMedical Benefits HolidaysTraining & Growth Your New Organization:As a global medical equipment company headquartered in the U.S., our mission is to improve the safety and simplicity of MRI procedures by developing innovative MRI-compatible medical devices.
