This position is 100% onsite at our Bohemia, NY office. The hourly rate for this position is $21.00 to $25.00 hourly. This position requires a U.S Person or a person who can qualify for a Department of State or Department of Commerce License. Position Summary: The primary functions of this position is to perform the procedures needed to produce a quality product utilizing soldering techniques that were acquired when becoming a J-STD certified operator. Key Position Accountabilities: + Performs solder touch-up and rework on SMT, Thru-hole & PWB parts in accordance to IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 + Performs self-inspections ensuring product meets the drawing and Class 3 IPC-610 criteria. + Understands and utilizes Repair Plus to review AOI results. + Reads Standard Operating Procedures and suggest improvements. + Cross training to other CCA job functions required. + Maintains a clean and safe work area. Follows the 5S policies. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent. + 2-5 years relevant work experience required. + IPC 610 and/or J-STD certification. + Any combination of education, training and experience listed above that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
