**Aerotek is hiring for Soldering Assemblers in the Windsor Mill, MD area**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Solderer Assembler to join our manufacturing and production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of IPC-610 and J-STD-001 standards, and be proficient in operating visual magnification devices, electronic measuring devices, and mechanical measuring devices. This role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, maintain professional relationships, and demonstrate excellent communication and computer skills.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform manufacturing and production duties related to electronic assembly
+ Operate visual magnification devices (scope) effectively
+ Operate and interpret basic electronic and mechanical measuring devices
+ Work in a self-directed manner in a fast-paced environment
+ Foster and maintain professional relationships with staff and management
+ Demonstrate proficiency in computer-based applications
**Essential Skills**
+ Working knowledge of IPC-610 and J-STD-001
+ Experience with electronic circuit boards, PCBs, and cleanroom assembly
+ Proficiency in SMT soldering and production assembly
+ 3+ years of experience with inspection - PCB, Surface Mount, Through hole, electronics preferred
+ Acceptable visual acuity and eye-hand coordination
+ Ability to review and interpret technical data packages for electronic assemblies
+ Basic math skills

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00
