With a competitive pay rate of **$22.50 - $31 hour** , and 4 day work week this is a fantastic opportunity for skilled professionals ready to take their expertise to the next level! **What’s the Job?** As a **Sr. Repair Station Assembler** , you’ll be the go-to expert for advanced soldering and rework projects, rotating between various project cells. One day, you could be working on high-power assemblies; the next, handling flight-critical products. This flexible role offers a chance to work on multiple exciting projects while mentoring and training others. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Perform advanced assembly and rework tasks like wire splicing, crimping, lead/lead-free soldering, and component removal + Work with complex assemblies, including high-power, flight-critical, and APC products + Mentor and train other assemblers in rework and soldering applications + Set up and adjust equipment while maintaining tight tolerances to technical specifications (drawings, schematics, etc.) + Collaborate with development and manufacturing engineering teams as needed + Work from schematics, blueprints, and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components + Support pre-production projects by performing various electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks + Assist with NPI (New Product Introduction) and engineering projects when required **Why This Role Rocks** + **Four days on, three days off!** : Enjoy a 1st Shift schedule, **Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM** , giving you more time for life outside of work. + **Competitive pay** : Starting at **$27/hour** . + **Direct hire, full-time benefits** : No temp contracts—this is a permanent position with room for growth. + **You’re the expert** : You'll have the opportunity to shine and lead others with your experience and skills. **What You Bring to the Table** + **Experience** : 3+ years in advanced assembly and soldering + **Certifications** : If you already have ESD, FOD, and Uniform Torquing certifications, that's awesome!
