What’s the Job?
As a Sr. Repair Station Assembler, you’ll be the go-to expert for advanced soldering and rework projects, rotating between various project cells. One day, you could be working on high-power assemblies; the next, handling flight-critical products. This flexible role offers a chance to work on multiple exciting projects while mentoring and training others.
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform advanced assembly and rework tasks like wire splicing, crimping, lead/lead-free soldering, and component removal
Work with complex assemblies, including high-power, flight-critical, and APC products
Mentor and train other assemblers in rework and soldering applications
Set up and adjust equipment while maintaining tight tolerances to technical specifications (drawings, schematics, etc.)
Collaborate with development and manufacturing engineering teams as needed
Work from schematics, blueprints, and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components
Support pre-production projects by performing various electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks
Assist with NPI (New Product Introduction) and engineering projects when required

What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 3+ years in advanced assembly and soldering
Certifications: If you already have ESD, FOD, and Uniform Torquing certifications, that's awesome! If not, don’t worry—you’ll earn those, plus IPC-A-610 and more.
Problem-solving skills: You can spot and fix issues quickly and efficiently.
