**Seeking Experienced Soldering Technicians in Westminster** We are seeking a skilled solderer with good manual dexterity and the ability to read and build from procedures and prints. The ideal candidate will have experience in SMT soldering and knowledge of associated tools. Training or certification in IPC-A-610 is helpful. You must be able to read, comprehend, and follow procedures and processes. **Shift & Pay:** + 1st Shift, 6 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday) - $20-$22/hour (DOE) Job Description: + **Inspect electronic assemblies** (fine pitch SMT and through-hole components) using microscopes and magnifying glasses. + **Collaborate in a manufacturing environment** with team-building, SPC, and Demand Flow concepts. + **Meet production requirements** through effective team scheduling and quality meetings. + **Solve problems** using SPC and TQC principles. + **Read and inspect** from procedures and prints accurately. Additional Skills & Qualifications: + Excellent manual dexterity. + 1-2 years of soldering experience and familiarity with associated tools. + IPC certification. + Strong written and oral English communication skills. + Proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Word. + Experience in electronics manufacturing.
