Job Description In-House Solicitor for a small UK based legal team , providing comprehensive legal services to the UK and European companies operated by Hilton Grand Vacations Inc.
What will I be doing? • Provide day to day legal advice and commercial guidance for all business matters and departments focusing on sales and
marketing and for the vacation ownership industry. as well as the hotel rental side of the business.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements for all business departments.
• Track and monitor legislation applicable to industry, advise business partners on related relevant items and implement process
changes to comply with changing laws
• Review marketing and advertising for legal compliance.
• Create and deliver compliance training seminars for key topics affecting business.
• Assist the business with the implementation of its corporate compliance and regulatory compliance program.
• Where necessary assist in acquisition of land and resort properties for development as well as draft and negotiate marketing and
sales arrangements with third party developers and sellers/
• Provide day to day legal advice to the HR department to assist with team member relations.
• Where required, manage external counsel and budget.
• You may be required to assist with consumer or commercial litigation. You will report directly to the Legal Director to whom you will have access for support and guidance. However, you will be expected to manage
your own workload and be self-sufficient on a day-to-day basis and will take instruction directly business units as well as the Legal Director.
