Job Description POSITION SUMMARY:  The position will be focused on development, implementation, roll out, and management of SolidWorks Product Data Management (PDM) system. The candidate will work closely with group leads, team leads, engineers, and other users of the system to develop processes in alignment with business needs and procedure requirements. As well, this role is responsible for creating automations to gain efficiencies and reduce repetitive work for the users. This role will be responsible for creating procedures, work instructions, and training for the processes developed within PDM or in support of PDM. Finally, as the PDM admin, this role is responsible for providing timely support to users to ensure functionality of the system and smooth operations. Skills and Requirements 1. Bachelor of Science degree in computer science/engineering or related field 2. 5+ years experience with Dassault SolidWorks CAD software 3. 3+ years of experience working with SolidWorks PDM 4. 3+ years of experience as a SolidWorks PDM administrator to include development and maintenance of PDM architecture and workflow 5. Certified PDM Administrator Professional (CPAP) 6. 3+ years proven CAD training experience . Experience with SOLIDWORKS and SOLIDWORKS PDM APIs and programming of time-saving add-ins using C# and .NET 2. Experience with Macro programming in Excel 3. 3+ years experience in program/project management 4. Multi-site ownership CAD administration 5. Familiarity with AS or ISO certifications 6. Familiarity with US DoD drawing specifications 7. Previous experience managing a multi-site PDM system 8. Familiarity with ASME Y14 9. Familiarity with GD&T and drawing requirements 10.
