Solution Adoption Consultant
**ABOUT THIS POSITION** A Waystar Solution Adoption Client Executive will focus on delivering comprehensive support of the operations delivery and sales teams via strong subject matter expertise, interactive client engagement, active coordination with varied internal stakeholders, and deployment of efficient processes that define the statements of work and engagement strategy – with the goal of driving improved client satisfaction, realizing booked revenue and expediting project timelines.. The team member must effectively communicate with the Sales team, prospective Clients and the Implementation SMEs across the company. You must have significant hands-on leadership experience with the use, and application of technology-based revenue cycle solutions. By gaining an enhanced level of trust with prospects via relevant acumen, the Solution Adoption Client Executive team is uniquely positioned to capture and define Waystar’s product adoption strategy for a client. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** + Partner with sales teams - focused on the large health system/hospital segment - to deliver a differentiated pre-sale experience that highlights the process of working with Waystar (specifically related to a solution delivery and broadly related to the organization) + Serve as the primary expert resource for deal crafting and solution-specific sale efforts: leading implementation strategy conversations with prospects; providing insightful commentary regarding client needs, and best practices; and developing deal-appropriate collateral that wins Waystar trusted advisor status and results in mutually beneficial new sales + With prospects and clients, successfully articulate solution adoption vision and value, placing appropriate emphasis on client satisfaction, operational excellence, and value-added services + Engage with Client to develop accurate and executable SOWs that support the client’s strategic objectives. The documents must include background, understanding, resource planning estimate, timeline, key milestones/deliverables, and pricing summary. + Develop project schedule – incorporating critical path, resource requirements, schedule content, relationships and logic, constraints competing client priorities and milestones. + Develop, Identify and analyze incoming requests for RFP/RFI and statements of work + Conduct highly effective meetings that establish and strengthen relationships with executive leaders in the health system and hospital environment including the C-suite, VPs of Revenue Cycle and related areas, as well as other key influencers + Answer questions regarding product features, service experience, and technical details. + Throughout the opportunity timeline, assist with and ensure the accuracy of discovery and analysis of client functional and technical requirements, enabling the production of tailored scoping documentation + Lead the population of written deliverables in preparation for contracting (e.g., drafting of proposals and SOWs, scoping documentation, pricing). Contribute to ROI analyses, assessments, and other artifacts that may be created to support an opportunity. + Participate in identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements, such as developing standard processes that minimize errors and promote scalability, as well as creating opportunity-supporting collateral for both standard and custom-need scenarios + Has the ability to develop and deliver client presentations that communicate the Waystar Solution Adoption approach, methodology, deliverables, and resource requirements with limited assistance **WHAT YOU'LL NEED** + Bachelor’s Degree in a related field + 4-6 years implementation and/or services scoping experience, preferably SaaS software projects preferred + At least 3-5 years experience in providing services operations, and/or subject matter expertise in Health Care Revenue Cycle + Thorough understanding of healthcare revenue cycle process and interactions + Demonstrate the ability to be organized and work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities + Demonstrates excellent leadership, verbal/written communications, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills + Demonstrated success in developing scope documents to support on time, within scope, and on budget implementations + Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate complex, multi-dimensional issues into business impacts and propose solutions that produce a win-win outcome + Exceptional track record of preparing and delivering presentations that convey critical information, adjusting real-time to meet changing conversation content and direction. Provide explanations of complicated concepts and systems in easy-to-understand terms. + Experience analyzing contracts and working with team to adjust plans as needed + The ability to rapidly define implementations processes as needed to ensure standardization + Ability to work across multiple functions, build relationships, and drive consensus + Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) + Must have permanent work authorization for the US **ABOUT WAYSTAR** Through a smart platform and better experience, Waystar helps providers simplify healthcare payments and yield powerful results throughout the complete revenue cycle.
