We have a great opportunity on our Corporate Systems team for a Solution Architect to ensure that individual software projects align with the overall business strategy and technology standards. Collaborate closely with development teams to oversee solution implementation, perform technical planning, architecture development, and modify specifications as needed. Additionally, they develop specifications for new products, services, applications, and service offerings. The role involves assessing the compatibility and integration of proposed products and services to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies. The person in this role will collaborate across multiple business and technology teams to provide AEM technical solution blueprints. Design, develop, test, and deploy custom components using the AEM platform and Content related technologies, ensuring the performance, quality, and security of the Asset/Content ecosystem. This position is a hybrid role base in our Lisle, Illinois headquarters. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 12 years of Information Technology or IT architecture experience At least 2 years of lead experience OR Master’s degree At least 8 years of Information Technology or IT architecture experience At least 2 years of lead experience OR At least 14 years of Information Technology or IT architecture experience At least 2 years of lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. AEM technical solution blueprints, platform and related technologies. Digital Asset Management and Content Management experience. Collaboration Skills: Effective in working closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Analytical Skills: Proficient in assessing compatibility and integration of various technologies. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
