Job Description One of Insight Globals clients, in the manufacturing industry, is undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to being a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions and is strongly committed in evolving its digital capabilities and tools. This opportunity is on the Corporate Systems team for a Solution Architect, to ensure that individual software projects align with the overall business strategy and technology standards. Person will collaborate closely with development teams to oversee solution implementation, perform technical planning, architecture development, and modify specifications as needed. Additionally, they develop specifications for new products, services, applications, and service offerings. The role involves assessing the compatibility and integration of proposed products and services to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies. The person in this role will collaborate across multiple business and technology teams to provide technical solution blueprints. Design, develop, test, and deploy custom components using the various platforms and Content related technologies, ensuring the performance, quality, and security of the Asset/Content ecosystem.  Understanding requirements from a business perspective  Familiar with the Adobe Suite and other content management systems  Ability be ambiguous and provide support during pitfalls of a project  Understanding of the landscape of the current CMS to then going to a different CMS platform. o Looking for someone who identify whether to upgrade the existing CMS and what synergies need to be done to do so  Interaction with marketing teams and other groups, to understand the requirements for a CMS platform. o Identify how these requirements can be met and what applications are going to do that and grow  Building a roadmap for DAM  Getting digital asset management up and running through Adobe  Working closely with the Product Owner to understand business requirements on the solution and working closely with business analyst to support roadmap  Being the guide for content management systems and building roadmaps in first 4 months then execution of the implementation  Proficient with Adobe DAM and Adobe creative suite client is going strictly Adobe  Fantastic soft skills  Working as the Liaison between technical teams and business teams  Ability to deal with ambiguity  Reporting into the Associate Director of It who oversees HR, Legal, Facilities, Local Security and Communication  No direct reports We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
