Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solution Architect (Pre-sales role) to support the pre-sales efforts for our comprehensive cloud-based HCM solutions. As a Principal Solution Architect, you will be responsible for delivering compelling product demonstrations, responding to RFPs, and working closely with prospective customers to understand their business requirements and recommend the best-fit HCM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in HCM platforms, a solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives. This position requires hands-on experience in delivering large-scale HCM projects and a strategic mindset to guide clients through their digital transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with strategic clients to develop HCM or other SaaS applications roadmaps that align with their business objectives. Design scalable, flexible, and high-performing HCM solutions that drive enterprise value. Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on HCM architecture, system integration, and optimization. Build long-term relationships by offering insights that address business challenges. Develop and deliver engaging, tailored presentations and product demonstrations that address the specific needs and challenges of prospective customers. This includes showcasing end-to-end business processes, role-based workflows, and the value proposition of our HCM offerings. Collaborate with customers to understand their current processes, pain points, and objectives for implementing a new HCM system. Leverage your industry expertise to propose creative and effective solutions. Quantify the potential return on investment and value drivers for customers, helping them build the business case for adopting our HCM solutions. Work closely with the sales team on account strategies and demand generation activities, such as participating in industry events and webinars. Stay up to date on the latest features, functionalities, and industry trends related to our HCM products to position them effectively against the competition. Provide post-sales support during the contract negotiation and implementation phases, ensuring a smooth transition for new customers.
