We are looking for a Solutions Architect to support US Federal customers in developing custom ServiceNow applications. The Architect will utilize their expertise in ServiceNow configuration and customization to implement enterprise solutions, working on a cross-functional team to enhance the platform, implement new products, and develop solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead architecture efforts with a focus on core ServiceNow capabilities. Plan and execute application releases. Lead solution and technical design for project enhancements. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on development as needed. Guide and mentor junior developers. Estimate, plan, and report on project tasks. QualificationsRequired
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience. Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, customization, APIs, ACLs, and advanced scripting. ServiceNow System Administrator, Application Developer, and Implementation Specialist certifications. Must meet government eligibility requirements.Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA). Federal consulting experience. Agile/Scrum certifications. ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
