development team and the client, crafting the perfect solution for the Distributing
Computing, and Big Data Analytics space. 

 You are focused on making our clients heroes and can translate this into
capabilities.  You are comfortable mapping the problem using the tools available
in your toolbox to design a best in class solution.

As much as you love working with clients, you also love guiding the product
development process.  You can translate capabilities into requirements and
effectively communicate them to your team. You use these requirements to
define timelines and development tasks.

You are equally comfortable working with clients, developers, user experience
designers, and QA testers.

Your role will include:
-Partnering with the client to define the capabilities of their custom
application in the healthcare space
-Building an application based on simple requirements
-Bench lining performance with functional and non functional requirements
-Mapping these capabilities to existing tools/products available and
translating the capabilities into development requirements
-Collaborating with the development team to refine the requirements and
create a project plan and timeline
-Identifying any gaps between the platform features and application
requirements
-Designing and architecting modules to address gaps
-Ability to understand how to integrate interfaces between disparate
systems (oracle, amazon)
-Acting as the technical point of contact during application delivery
-Assisting in pre-sales conversations with potential clients
-Learning new trends in the industry and applying them to clients
-Contributing ideas for continually improving the team’s productivity, job
enjoyment, and product quality
-Having fun working with an exceptional team and creating cutting edge
software

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

-10+ years healthcare industry experience

-Deep understanding of payers and providers, claims processing, CMS,
managed care, medical records, and health information exchanges

-Has worked with a software provider like Epic, Siemens, United Health,
etc. 

-Understanding of HIPAA, HL7, PHI, and other industry standards

-Strong understanding of security requirements for healthcare data

-Some business intelligence background

-3+ years experience in a client facing technical role

-Experience manipulating high-volume, high-dimensionality data from
varying sources to highlight patterns, anomalies, relationships and trends

- Experience with analytics systems design & development

-Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to explain
complex problems to concisely to both technical and non-technical
audiences
