Solution Architect (NOT A DATA ARCHITECT)

Required Skills:

Self StarterExcellent Communication Skills-Heavy Architecture and design with variety of platform exposure such as Oracle and distributed systems sitting on top of RDB’s (terradata, AS400).How do they transform data (not build database from scratch as theirs exists but INTEGRATING MULTIPLE SYSTEMS THAT SIT ON AN ORACLE DATABASE).Some Banking/Compliance backgroundMust have 6-10 years design experience, including driving design discussions, creating architecture definition documentation, and creating architecture diagrams (infrastructure and process/data flow).Must be able to produce quality work with minimal supervision and direction.Must have a variety of platform exposure/experience (mainframe, distributed, Oracle, DataStage, Cognos, Websphere).Must be able to determine, document and present high level design through collaboration with other Greenfield SAs as well as leverage tech SMEs efficiently.Must be able to drive functional design discussions and documentation.

 

Pluses:- Norkom, Atchley/Actimize, SCDM, CRA Wiz (Anti-Money Laundering, Currency Transaction Reporting, Know Your Customer and Customer Due Diligence, Sanctions Scanning for both customer and transactions).
