Role: Domain (BSS) Architect /Solution Architect (BSS) Location: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad Required Technical Skill Set -Functional & Domain skills in CRM, OM and Billing covering the BSS functional areas - channels (assisted & non-assisted), sales (customer order handling), commerce (catalogue & CPQ), service order management & rating, charging and billing -Should be able to provide in-depth technical direction and lead cross functional teams across Overall B/OSS Architecture and App design, Configuration, Data Cleansing, Data Migration and Integration -Prepaid product experience is key -Technology understanding is preferred: a) Project experience where Spring framework based microservices, API using Java Front end using b) React JS framework c) Knowledge on Cloud - GCP & AWS d) Knowledge of NoSQL database like Cassandra, and Deep learning ML models Desired Experience Range 15+ years in IT with at least 10 years with B/OSS prepaid project implementations. Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) -Appreciation of B/OSS design & solution architecture concepts and expert level understating of B/OSS implementations for telco consumer segment -Proven experience in large scale B/OSS project implementations, upgrade and data migration from legacy systems -Well versed with the COTS telco applications like Siebel, Vlocity, Hansen OM / Oracle OSM and Netcracker RBM, Oracle BRM & Amdocs Keenan -Having experience of Solution Architecture Design for at least 5 large-scale, full-life cycle telco Projects covering Prepaid, Postpaid mobility services. -Ability to understand AS-IS, create Transition and End state (To-BE) Solution Architecture by elaborating the Evolution stages from AS-IS to TO-BE Architecture state. -Ability to Design requirements - End to End solution design document (HLD) -Well versed with Telecom Mobility products (prepaid & postpaid) -Ability to connect the dots on the basis of available information and identify gaps in the overall Technical/Functional Architecture. -Familiar with systems Process definition and design, Requirements mapping, and gap analysis. -Strong knowledge of business processes and ability to translate into a consistent and effective solution design across various domains/applications. -Effectively Challenge and Negotiate with Business & IT stakeholders to establish a consensus on the methodology & approach -Strong verbal/presentation/technical writing skills. -Awareness of eTOM & TOGAF frameworks -Good-to-Have -Technical project management and design leadership experience Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role -Provide solutions for multiple projects simultaneously, interfacing with business clients, subject matter experts, IT and internal project managers to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and status communication to all involved parties -Understand complex digital solutions and clearly communicate those solutions at both technical and executive level. Find areas of agreement, brainstorm solutions, and gain consensus and alignment on solutions -Drive digital BSS innovation by leveraging innovative new technologies and approaches to renovate, extend, and transform the existing technology base to optimize user experience -Take complete ownership of the HLD which includes process flows, UML diagrams and system impacts as per internal template -Provide project complexity with T-Shirt sizing to requests from demand management with High level approach as needed Roles & Responsibilities: .
