We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to lead a team of developers and collaborate with business stakeholders in designing and delivering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will work in an agile environment to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and ensure successful implementation of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Power Platform-based applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
• Mentor and guide a team of Power Platform developers, promoting best practices in development and deployment.
• Work closely with business teams to gather requirements, document use cases and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous delivery and improvement.
• Establish governance policies, security frameworks, and best practices for Power Platform development and deployment.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems using Azure, Microsoft 365, and third-party applications.
• Ensure adherence to architectural principles, development standards, and performance optimization techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest Power Platform capabilities and drive innovation to enhance business processes and user experience.
• 12+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Azure services, APIs, connectors, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in leading agile teams.
• Hands-on experience in Power Platform governance, security, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and automation workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with business and technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in low-code/no-code development strategies and best practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE)
