Work you’ll do

As a Solution Associate, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and long-term operations. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below.

 

The team

Our US Delivery Center team is comprised of deeply passionate and experienced professionals who guide clients through their most complex challenges. We work with clients and help them develop custom software solutions, manage their applications and databases, and provide strategic recommendations to help them enhance their businesses’ operations, processes, and performance. Learn more about the US Delivery Center.

 

A successful candidate will have: 

Associate's Degree in progress with a minimum GPA of 2.5Knowledge of development environments, preferably building and maintaining production applications professionallyKnowledge of relational databases and SQLKnowledge of software development principles and hands-on programming experience through coursework or internships (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Salesforce, HTML, JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue, React, Angular)Understanding of Object-Oriented programmingKnowledge of modern dynamic languages such as Javascript, Ruby, Python, and Perl are preferred

 

Required Qualifications:  

Ability to understand how technology solutions meet the business outcomes and offer a range of solutions for business partners.Detail orientedAbility to solve complex and often multi-threaded mathematical problems.Strong verbal and written communication skillsPossesses an understanding of development practices.Strong team player able to work in an agile (scrum) environment with tools like JiraExpectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.Ability to travel 10% on average, based on the work you do, the clients you serve and industries/sectors you serve. Must live in or within a commutable distance to the Lake Mary, FL; Gilbert, AZ; or Mechanicsburg, PA areas.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or any time in the future.

 

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security clearance
