The Solution Consultant is responsible for providing consulting services with the overall objective of designing and implementing software solutions for customers.

*Preference for candidates in Pacific Time Zone*

What you will be doing Perform requirements analysis in which information about business process and technical requirements are gathered from key client stakeholdersDesign solutions in which basic best practice knowledge is applied with minimum oversight from senior team membersCompose and deliver documentation outlining requirements for building the solution with minimum oversight from senior team membersDemonstrate the configured solution or prototypes of the solutionDesign and build solution, including configuring application development toolsTest the configured solution and ensure solution is functioning as designed; resolve any issues in a timely mannerCompose training materials and conduct training sessions for customerDevelop plan for migration of configured solution into production environment and support customer throughout migration processTransition key information to the technical support team to ensure continued successful support of customerDefine upgrade plans and execute upgrades of the software to newer versionsParticipate in infrastructure conversations to define proper system infrastructure needs based upon the customer's technology landscape with oversight from experienced team membersEstimate design and configuration effort based on approved requirementsMaintain awareness of project budget, scope and timeline, and effectively communicate issues with project managers and senior team membersComply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy What will make you successful Perceptive Content or Brainware experience preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalentKnowledge of scripting, system architecture or relational databasesAble to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentSpeak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audienceGood at investigating situations or issues to get relevant information; adept at asking probing questions to succesfully obtain quality informationOrganized and experienced at successfully multi-taskingGood collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areasSelf-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with oversightDemonstrated ability to use sound judgment and appropriately escalate issues for guidanceAverage travel requirements for this job is 30% annualized, yet unique circumstances with customers may require more travel.Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the jobBased on individual states’ employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $72,000-$115,000 and eligible for bonus and benefits
