\nOur presales organization is a group of highly driven individuals dedicated to closing experience gaps. The Solution Engineer team specializes in working with large, global customers to architect world-class experience management (XM) programs that drive a culture of action and create tangible business value. This person will work on some of our biggest French Enterprise deals and they will be based out of the Paris office.

How You’ll Find Success
\n\nProvide presales technical / functional support and solution strategy to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.\nProvide direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to the customers organization.\nDevelop and deliver high quality Qualtrics presentations and product demonstrations.\nPresent and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Qualtrics solutions.\nDesign, validate, and present Qualtrics software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complementary services.\nEffectively consult with management of customer organizations. Participates in sales planning and business development activities.\nDevelop and demonstrate moderately complex solutions.\nArchitect solutions and prototype solutions for customers.\nPresent and articulate Qualtrics product's strengths, relative to competitors.\nInteract with development to enhance/refine Qualtrics products.\n\n\n

Things You’ll Do
\n\nProvide exemplary pre-sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and on-going sales consultation\nCover the French market\nDrive the adoption of Qualtrics solutions within strategic accounts, expanding usage across departments within the business. Translate product/technical features into value drivers.\nDevelop and maintain training materials, and deliver training to improve product knowledge and demo abilities of both inside and enterprise salespeople.Build working knowledge of competing products and how to technically sell against them\nWork collaboratively with Product Management, Marketing and Engineering during the development, launch and continuing refinement of existing and new Qualtrics products.\nRespond to initial product requests and frame product issues for discussion and resolution with Product and Engineering teams\nBecome an expert in Qualtrics XM Platform and other Qualtrics products\nDevelop/maintain technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trends\n\n

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
\n\nMinimum of 5 years+ of prior Sales or Technical experience with software in a SaaS/Cloud environment, working with C/VP level buyers\nExperience working with Enterprise-level accounts across different industries\nHigh energy, self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments.\nOutstanding professional, sales, and technical capabilities; comfortable supporting both enterprise (field) and inside sales teams on targeted accounts\nAbility to explain and resolve common technical aspects of SaaS software, including security, protocols for APIs, SLAs, email/communication specifications, etc.\nAbility to see and present 'the big picture', architect solutions to solve customer problems, and uncover business challenges and develop custom solutions to solve them\nDemonstrated excellent customer facing verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.\nPossess \"best of breed\" functional sales experience that could be applied across an entire sales area in general or specific functional categories\nMust be able to pivot to other system related tasks if and when needed. We wear lots of hats here at Qualtrics!\nFluent in English and French\nPrevious work in Customer and/or Employee Experience software and systems, including pre or post-sales support\nTravel required (Up to 25%)\n\n\n
