Lazada Marketing Solutions Team is seeking a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial, and strategic Solution Expert to join our leadership team. This role will lead all marketing solution products, contributing both to operational excellence and impactful product marketing. In detail, you will:
1. Product Operations:
• Manage and localize go-to-market plans, addressing challenges in coordination with the Regional Team.
• Drive SOP improvements, ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of Solutions, including Package Operations and Finance/Legal processes.
• Track key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, maximize revenue, and enhance solution efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and implement product and process enhancements to improve outcomes.
• Lead product initiatives aimed at boosting product performance, including revenue growth and ROI for individual tools.
2. Product Marketing:
• Develop and execute differentiated product marketing strategies for each phase of the seller cycle—acquisition, retention, and reacquisition.
• Translate technical concepts into user-centric content that is clear and actionable based on insights from stakeholders and users.
• Lead internal and external communications, training sessions, and events to promote new product launches and enhance stakeholder knowledge of Marketing Solutions.
