Shift: Flexible scheduling options: 4 ten-hour days or 5 eight-hour days.

The ideal candidate is passionate about clients having immediate access to care and successful outcomes. While SFBT training and experience is a bonus, it is not a requirement. We will provide training, consultation, and supervision for anyone interested in more experience or brand new to SFBT.  

As a Solution Focused Brief Therapist, you'll provide individual and group therapy sessions for appropriate client candidates. Our ideal candidate is experienced in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, has excellent communication and collaboration skills, and is passionate about increasing immediate access to superior mental healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual Solution-Focused Brief therapy (SFBT) for appropriate client candidates (Training on the Solution Focused Brief Therapy modality of care will be provided)Conduct Solution-Focused Brief group therapy sessions for appropriate client candidatesEmploy Motivational Interviewing skills to assess stage of change and utilize appropriate interventionsWork with medical partnerships to provide assessment and therapy for referral and/or care pathway needsComplete initial assessments for new clients as needed

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related fieldAt least 2 years of relative experience

Required License/Certification (one of the following):

Missouri License as a Licensed Psychologist (LP), Provisionally Licensed Psychologist (PLP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (PLMFT), or Provisionally Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (PLMFT)
