Solution Integration Developer

Siemens operates a robust in-house integration layer, supported by a team of skilled integration specialists. As an Integration Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our global and local integration processes while designing and implementing new app integration concepts within our infrastructure.
Responsibilities:Design and build integrations, as well as support change requests for existing integrations.Collaborate directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, explore design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and secure sign-off on requirements.Create detailed system interface specifications, field mappings, and process designs.Develop, test, document, and deploy integrations that meet business needs.Monitor issues and risks, and communicate status updates, concerns, and recommendations effectively.Ensure all integrations are thoroughly tested, well-documented, and successfully implemented.
Requirements:Advanced proficiency in the English language (verbal and written).University degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Strong experience in designing and building integrations.Advanced knowledge of integration technologies, including XML Schema, JSON, and JSLT.Knowledge of secure file transfer practices.Familiarity with web services such as SOAP, REST, and WSDL.Experience with Workday Enterprise Management Cloud data structures is a plus.Proven ability to develop, test, and deploy integrations.Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
