Yuma features extraordinary outdoor activities from tubing on the Colorado River to off-roading at the Buttercup Sand Dunes. Our location produces hard boiled eggs for a vast number of both retail and food service customers. **Responsibilities** **Position Summary:** This position deals with any chemical solution needed in the production process. Mixing and distributing chemical solutions, checking levels of tanks in chemical room. **Duties and Responsibilities:** • Maintain and operate all equipment in a safe manner to avoid injury to self or others and demonstrate safety as a top priority. • Follow all SQF principles pertinent to your position as specified by the SQF Practitioner. • Report all Food Safety & Quality issues to a Supervisor, QA Manager, or at Senior Manager. • Inspecting/sorting the eggs and ensuring the best quality product, is being packaged. • Responsible for confirming and verifying weight of product. • Ensures the labels and product date and type is correct. • Places proper labels on boxes. • Ensures that bags and pails are properly sealed and clean. • Inspect/Check the quality of eggs. Removes broken eggs. • Understands dates, expiration and item numbers. • Minimize product loss • Keep work area neat, clean, and sanitary • Report all work-related injuries or unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately • Use appropriate safety equipment when required (ear plugs, rubber boots, safety glasses, face shields, aprons, bump caps, etc.) Use lockout/tag out procedures when required • Follow instructions from supervisor and cooperate with coworkers and other department; be willing to fill in where needed • Maintain good personal hygiene • Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed Qualifications - No experience required -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift Post Holdings provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, status as a covered veteran and any other category protected under applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws.
