About the Team
Within the Finance & Spend Management organization, we support well-known customers across all industries in Germany to drive their digital transformation of finance and spend processes across all business units. We are uniquely positioned to address the challenges of CFOs, helping our customers enhance their bottom line through our comprehensive, End-to-End solution portfolio. By executing our AI-first and Suite-first strategy, we will not only achieve our ambitious financial targets but also drive innovation and customer success.
You will be responsible for our portfolio across the SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, the Office of the CFO (oCFO), Working Capital Management (Taulia), and SAP S/4 Public Cloud (GROW) solutions.
Expectations and Tasks:
Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share for ISBN solutions within named accounts in Germany Initiate contact and establish interest with key decision makers and develop an influence map Understanding the customer's concerns, following up appropriately, resolving conflicts in scheduling and resources as needed, and always maintaining customer focus as a #1 priority Develop sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts Procurement involves working closely with different departments like procurement, logistics, finance, operations, and HR, fostering collaboration and a broader understanding of the overall business. In a globalized world, you will deal with customers international procurement departments, suppliers and markets, gaining exposure to various cultures and business practices. Educate target accounts on the ISBN solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals in Germany Develops strategic sales plans for ISBN opportunities and communicate plan with Sales Management & Sales Engineer Maintain relationships with co-selling partners and 3rd software vendors
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. At least 7+ years of professional sales experience, with SAP solutions (Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Sourcing/Contracts, Finance/AP, ERP, Business Technology Platform or Workforce Management), SaaS solutions, VMS or Procurement Relationships in procurement communities (e. g. CPOs, procurement directors, Head of Direct or Indirect Proc. Etc.) of advantage Insights in business network or procurement market opportunities Track record of successfully selling/liaising at the C level with a corporate client network Professional, self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work independently Ability to achieve individual as well as team goals that will require working as a team in a complex sales cycle, as well as demonstrate the ability to communicate solutions Display high levels of energy and drive, thrive under pressure with strong business acumen. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (min. C1 level) and English
