Your role and responsibilities

Mission Statement:To grow the Machinery OEMs business, primarily by delivering product bundles, identifying opportunities in existing & new accounts on expand offering to support sales teamWork model: on site #LI-onsiteThis role belongs to Motion Business for Drive products division, based in Ahmedabad, India.You will be mainly accountable for:Budget, Planning and Execution:Support Sales Team in West Region on package solution offering, identifying potential Opportunities take full ownership from Pre-sales till Proof of concept by collaborating with multiple stake holders in process.Develop OEM specific account conversion plan together with cluster FES, focus is on HUNT OEMs. Follow gate model approach to win large OEMs, focus is on activity with targeted conversion over a period of time, year on year double digit growth in serial and machinery OEMs performance.Meeting budget of ass clusters (Gujarat & Pune) in serial and machinery OEMs. Directly accountable for top 50 large targeted OEMs in specified clusters (Gujarat & Pune) End to end support for retaining the converted OEMs in co-ordination with Channel partners and Technical support team. Market DevelopmentDo inhouse sales seminars with strong value proposition, work closely with the CP/OEM’s and share success stories. Sell with proper product positioning.Ownership:Full commitment to meet the budget numbers of assigned clusters. Co-ordinate with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed.Interact regularly with CP/OEM’s sales engineer to drive them to meet commitment. Co-ordinate with the operations team to ensure commitment on the delivery.MIS:Regularly give update on business done product line wise and market wise. Prepare monthly MIS and submit to stake holders.Projects & key account management:Systematically track the key projects and Customer activity. Develop a business plan for large OEM’s and take responsibility on conversion

Qualifications for the role

Qualification: Diploma/BE/ BTech- Electrical or similar discipline, >5 years
