Commercial Banking – Global Payments Solutions
Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking (CMB) business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.
Global Payments Solutions (GPS) offers a comprehensive range of cash management services from account and deposit management, payments and remittance, collection and receivables services, liquidity management and digital channel solutions to our corporate and commercial banking customers. We provide tailored solutions to our corporate customers as well as industries sector specific solution to our commercial banking customers. We are responsible to drive liabilities growth for the Commercial and Global Banking segments through the provision of leading cash management solutions to them. We are also steering the transaction banking FX growth for the bank. We focus on our customers’ needs in Greater China and aim to be the chosen one-stop cash management partner of choice for our customers across mainland China and Hong Kong.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department asSolution Sales Manager, Global Payments Solutions.
Principal responsibilities
Work in close partnership with Commercial Banking Coverage and the wider Global Payments Solutions (GPS) teams to identify and develop business opportunities.
Derive strategic client account plans for growth names and build sustainable pipelines to grow fee and deposit balance.
Build strong relationship with the designated portfolio and deepen wallet shares through products and markets penetrations.
Adopt a need based advisory approach to understand customer requirements and share appropriate cash management solutions that meet those requirements.
Feedback to the Global Payments Solutions Product teams on the competitive market landscape and client specific requirements, to help drive product enhancements and developments as appropriate.
Formulate, support, and drive Commercial Banking GPS strategies, including participation in events, case study article writing, client testimonials, client planning and wallet sizing activities.
Collaborate with team members across the region in sales strategies, deal pipeline management and conversion techniques.
Deliver the financial and non-financial target assigned.
Work closely with the GPS Implementation and Client Service teams to ensure smooth transition of client mandate into realised revenues, as well as to provide ongoing coverage in response to clients’ evolving challenges and requirements.
Advise relationship management teams on updates of market trends, competitors’ landscape, regulatory changes etc. to help respond to emerging customer needs and opportunities.
Maintain comprehensive sales record in a timely manner to allow tracking of sales and business performance and sales quality.
