As a Solutions Acct Manager - APACI , you will\nplay a crucial role in driving the company's success. Your expertise in\nmanaging key accounts and building strong relationships will enable you to effectively\nmeet customer needs and exceed their expectations. By identifying new business\nopportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue\ngrowth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company.

You will report directly to our High Growth Region Solutions Sales Manager and\nyou’ll work remotely in our ASEAN sales region,

In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell Industrial\nAutomation by managing and growing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and\nproviding exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to\ncollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions and\ncontribute to the continuous growth of the business.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Manage and grow a portfolio of key\naccounts, serving as the primary point of contact to position and sell both our\nVoice Automated Solutions and our adjacent Software Solutions
•   Develop and execute strategic account plans\nto drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
•   Build and maintain strong\nrelationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and\nproviding tailored solutions
•   Identify new business opportunities\nwithin existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver\nvalue-added solutions
•   Be a part of the overall account team\nserving as the Subject Matter Expert for our Voice and Software assets
•   Monitor market trends, competitor\nactivities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive\ncontinuous growth


YOU MUST HAVE

•   Minimum of 3+ years of experience in\naccount management or sales, with a proven track record of positioning and\nselling SaaS solutions
•   Strong communication and negotiation\nskills
•   Ability to build and maintain strong\nrelationships with customers and internal stakeholders
•   Experience aligning the value\npropositions of SaaS solutions to customer pain points
•   Excellent organizational and time\nmanagement skills
•   Proficient in CRM software and\nMicrosoft Office Suite
