Synonymous Business Title: Solutions Advisor

Overview 

Blue Yonder is seeking a knowledgeable Solutions Advisor to join our Retail Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and a deep understanding of supply chain software solutions. As a Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales support to retail customers, assisting with product demonstrations, and responding to technical questions. 

What you’ll do

Provide pre-sales support to customers, including product demonstrations and presentations Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions Stay up-to-date with new software features and functionalities Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures Participate in the creation of proposals and responses to RFPs Provide product and solution training to the sales team as needed 

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in a technical support or pre-sales role Strong understanding of supply chain software solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with a ticketing system and CRM software is a plus.

The Salary Range for this position is $92,000.00 to $115,000.00

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
