Solutions Advisory Director, Compliance Solutions, Accounting & Consulting

The Solution Advisory Director is a solution and domain specialist in our Solution Advisory Group for our Compliance solutions in the Accounting & Consulting industry including Employee Compliance, Intake, Conflicts, and Terms.
The Solution Advisory Director works in collaboration with the Business Unit team for Compliance solutions and the Account Team to engage with clients and help them achieve their business objectives and success with Intapp solutions. In this capacity, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients to understand their goals, keep them apprised of the solution roadmaps, and help them maximize their return on investment via best practice recommendations.
To be successful in this role, the Solution Advisory Director must be a domain expert, understanding the use of the Intapp Compliance solutions in a professional services firm environment. This will allow the Solution Advisory Director to review client situations, offer cogent advice, and assist in identifying specific corrective measures when challenges arise.
The Solution Advisory Director has the responsibility to work with a segment of clients – primarily remotely, but occasionally with on-site visits, live events, and user group meetings.
The Solutions Advisory Director manages a small team of Client Success Analysts who make solution configuration changes and enhancements to meet Employee Compliance client needs.
What you will do:
Consult with clients post-deployment to ensure they are capitalizing on all available features in the solution and that they are configured appropriately to the client’s organizational model and needs.
Proactively conduct solution reviews to assess effective adoption, gauge product usage, identify client business issues and requirements, and coordinate with the required internal resources as appropriate to drive timely resolution of issues.
Understand and clearly articulate the benefits of Compliance solutions to all levels of a client organization, including business line managers, IT professionals, and C-level executives.
Lead and support Compliance user group events for the Accounting & Consulting industry with a focus on Employee Compliance and be an active moderator and contributor to our online client communities.
Serve as a visible presence in the marketplace, demonstrating Intapp’s technology expertise and thought leadership at conferences and Intapp events.
Monitor and analyze the client base to identify trends in product health and make recommendations to the Business Unit for client outreach programs.
Curate product enhancement requests received from clients, manage the review with the Product Management organization and coordinate responses to clients.
Provide the voice of the customer on new features and development priorities.
Work with the Business Unit’s Client Experience team to analyze data, identify trends, formulate recommendations, and execute programs to optimize the client journey and result in high client satisfaction and referenceability.
What you will need:
5+ years of experience in an accounting or consulting firm in a technology role preferably within the risk, compliance, or new client onboarding teams or at a professional services or software firm providing these solutions.
Knowledge of risk and compliance management technology in a professional services firm. Familiarity with Intapp solutions is a distinct advantage.
Experience managing up to 3 team members.
Strong consultative and communication skills, including the ability to listen carefully, influence, and network with a broad spectrum of internal colleagues and external clients.
Experience with change management and/or developing adoption strategies for technologies.
Strong business acumen and client service mentality.
Strong analytical skills and an ability to collect and analyze input from multiple sources.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize.

Self-starter, reliable, collegial, and a team player.
Bachelor's degree required.
Ability to travel up to 10-20% of the year.
