As a Solutions Analyst III in Commercial & Investment Bank, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibilityTranslate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalabilityConduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategyContinuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related fieldDemonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-makingAdvanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboardsStrong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiencesExperience working in a relational database environment (e.g. SYBASE, ORACLE, DB2). Oracle, SQL, Unix (commands, scripting ). ITIL Process knowledge. Experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology servicesKnowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment on premises or public cloudAdvanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives. Able to triage , debug and troubleshoot complicated distributed application requiring deep knowledge of running SQL queries , investigating log files using Unix command prompt. Working experience in one or more general purpose programming languages (Java, Python, Bash). Proficiency in observability such as white and black box monitoring, SLO alerting, and telemetry collection using tools such as Geneos, Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, etc.
